PBS program Trail of History, sponsored by Bragg Financial Advisors, will explore the beginnings of Charlotte Douglas International Airport.

On the next Trail of History we explore the beginnings of what many leaders would say is the most important element of our economic landscape, the Charlotte Douglas International Airport. As a state we are the First in Flight and we will explore the impact of aviation in our region and the growth opportunities the airways provide for us. We have a rich history and we’ll talk to the folks working to preserve and advance the mission of the Carolinas Aviation Museum. We’ll also meet retired veterans who serve in a new capacity to save the rich history of the NC Air National Guard. See how it all began on grassy runways and the power of the U.S. military.
