We’re honored to welcome Executive Advisor Adam Larkin of Culture Index as our keynote speaker. Culture Index is an advisory firm that works with business leaders on talent strategy and organizational development using human analytics.

Adam started his career in healthcare technology, working with labor management systems for hospital executives. He later worked for Zimmer Biomet, one of the world’s largest medical device companies, driving growth in a highly competitive and regulated market. As Director of Sales for a $250 million division, he built and led commercial teams across the U.S. and Canada. Following a major merger, he transitioned to operations, supporting over 400 business development professionals and advising global distributors on employee engagement and growth strategies.
As an Executive Advisor for Culture Index, Adam now leverages this experience to advise business leaders on maximizing their most valued asset, their people.

We’re delighted to introduce Ghazale Johnston, Founder and Principal of Joon Solutions, as a guest presenter. Joon Solutions is a professional coaching firm that guides clients in career readiness, workforce reentry and transition, and entrepreneurship cultivation. A Certified Strengths Coach, Ghazale created a structured engagement program to address the common obstacles college students experience as they prepare for graduation.

Ghazale has a 25-year background working with Fortune 500 companies and fast-growing start ups. Prior to launching Joon Solutions, she served as the Chief Operating Officer for Daymaker, a social impact platform that helps companies engage their employees through intentional acts of giving and service. Previously, she was a Partner and Managing Director in the financial services practice at Accenture. Ghazale currently serves on the Board of Trustees at her alma mater, North Carolina State University, and was formerly the Chair of the NC State University Foundation Board.
Ghazale’s session will include discussions about workplace values, storytelling, and networking strategies. Attendees may share their resumes in advance of the event in order to receive high-level feedback.
