Debbie Taylor

Debbie is the Client Experience Officer at Bragg Financial Advisors and is a member of the Leadership Team. In her role, Debbie is responsible for the overall client experience—providing our clients with a high level of personal service and working with our Bragg Financial team on continuous improvements to better serve our clients. Debbie also works closely with the Charlotte retirement communities and provides our clients with information and guidance when they are considering a retirement community. She is also our liaison on many of our Bragg-sponsored events.

Prior to working with Bragg Financial, Debbie spent 20 years in the hospitality industry. Recruited by Marriott Corporation in college, Debbie began her management career with the Charlotte Marriott City Center in 1985. She also held sales and management positions with the Omni Charlotte Hotel and The Duke Mansion. She was active in hospitality professional associations, including serving as the Carolinas Chapter President for the International Special Events Society, now known as the International Live Events Association.

Debbie enjoys taking her dog, Gracie, for morning walks and getting a jump on her 10,000-step daily goal. She's a big fan of Jazzercise and enjoys spending time outdoors hiking and biking. One of her biggest fitness accomplishments was joining her husband, Mark, on a week-long, 400-mile bike ride across the state of Iowa. Debbie is a Girl Scout Leader and is a member of Good Friends of Charlotte. She's also a bit of a crafter, occasionally gifting folks in the office with hand-knitted or sewn treasures.
